Jesus Christ

Jesus as Carpenter

“He never wrote a book.  He never held office. He never owned a home.  He never had a family.  He never went to college.  He never put his foot inside a big city.  He never did any of the things that usually accompany greatness… Nineteen wide centuries have come and gone, and today He is the center-piece of much of the human race.  All the the armies that have ever marched; all the navies that ever were built; all the parliaments that ever sat; all the kings that ever reigned, put together, have not affected the life of man upon the earth as powerfully as this One Solitary Life.”   Dr. James Allen

MissMOE wishes you a Merry Christmas filled with the love and peace that comes from the greatest gift God gave us.

And thus we see the potential for all of us to achieve true greatness. True greatness is not a phd, to write a book, to lord over others, to own great wealth, to have the perfect family, etc.

For, behold, love one another, is the true greatness to be achieved in this life, and oh how difficult it seems to be.

Well said, Jon. Perhaps, we can spend this season practicing loving one another.
